Shipping & payment terms

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally binding.

1. Shipping and payment terms

(1) Payment for the goods is made, at the buyer's choice, by bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer), credit card or, by separate agreement, on account (invoice).
When paying by credit card, Klarna or on account, additional fees may be incurred, which shall be borne by the buyer.

(2) The payment methods available in each case are shown on our website or in the individual quote.

(3) Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are due immediately upon invoicing without deduction .

(4) We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to deliver only against payment in advance (Vorkasse).

(5) For transactions processed via online marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Kaufland), the payment terms of the respective platform operator shall additionally apply.

(6) The buyer is not entitled to set off counterclaims (Aufrechnung) unless these are undisputed or have been finally established by a court.

(7) Returned direct debits, chargebacks or improper buyer protection procedures (e.g. via PayPal, Klarna or other payment service providers) do not constitute a valid withdrawal (Widerruf) or rescission of the contract (Vertragsrücktritt) .
Any fees or handling costs incurred will be passed on to the buyer in full.

2. Delivery

(1) The scope of delivery is determined by the order confirmation. Packaging and shipping are carried out at our reasonable discretion.

(2) Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the buyer and delivery of the remainder remains assured.

(3) Deviations in construction, design or colour on the part of the manufacturer are permitted provided they do not impair the technical function or quality of the goods.

(4) Deliveries are generally made ex warehouse or by freight forwarder at the buyer's expense and risk. The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the goods have been handed over to the forwarding agent or carrier (§ 447 BGB).

(5) The buyer undertakes to inspect the goods for external damage or defects immediately upon delivery and to note these in writing on the freight forwarder's delivery note.
Transport damage reported subsequently cannot be accepted .

3. Delivery time

(1) Stated delivery times are non-binding, unless a fixed date has been expressly agreed in writing.

(2) Delivery delays due to force majeure (höhere Gewalt), strikes, shortages of raw materials, production downtime, transport delays or other circumstances beyond our control are deemed, for a period of up to 25 business days , to be reasonable.

(3) A delivery period begins upon receipt of full payment if payment in advance or PayPal has been agreed, otherwise upon conclusion of the contract.

(4) The delivery period has been met as soon as the goods have left our warehouse or the buyer has been notified that they are ready for dispatch.

(5) Should a product be unavailable through no fault of our own (e.g. delayed delivery by the manufacturer), the period is automatically extended by the duration of the delivery impediment.
In such cases, we will inform the buyer immediately.

(6) In the event of an unforeseeable impediment to delivery lasting more than 30 calendar days , both the buyer and we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay in this case.

(7) If the buyer is in default of acceptance (Annahmeverzug) or if delivery is delayed for reasons for which the buyer is responsible, we are entitled to charge storage costs or additional freight forwarding expenses .

4. Right of retention (Zurückbehaltungsrecht)

The buyer is only entitled to a right of retention if their counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship and has been finally established by a court or is undisputed.

5. Retention of title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)

(1) The goods delivered remain our unrestricted propertyuntil full payment of the purchase price, including all ancillary costs (e.g. shipping, fees, repairs).

(2) The buyer is obliged to handle the goods with care and to protect them from access by third parties.

(3) In the event of default in payment or a chargeback, we reserve the right to collect the goods at the buyer's expense or to withdraw from the contract.

(4) Pledging, transfer by way of security or resale of goods subject to retention of title is only permitted with our prior written consent .
