At Boxfreund, prices for a snack vending machine including delivery and commissioning start from approx. €3,500 net, depending on model, equipment and desired features (e.g. cooling, card terminal, branding). We deliver throughout Germany, connect the machine for you on request and give you a short briefing. For larger projects such as multiple machines or individual 24/7 concepts, we’ll put together a personal quote for you.

The cost of a complete 24/7 vending shop can vary considerably and depends on the individual scope of the project. Factors include: the number and type of machines, product range, equipment, location conditions as well as branding, fit-out and construction work.

A small shop with 3 to 4 machines – e.g. for snacks, drinks and simple amusement machines – can be realised from approx. €25,000 net.

A medium-sized shop with 5 to 7 machines, additional product categories such as ice cream or perfume plus eye-catching design and branding usually costs between €35,000 and €60,000.

Large concepts with 8 or more machines, digital displays, access systems or custom builds start from €65,000 upwards – and can be considerably higher depending on the equipment.

Financing available: Thanks to leasing or hire purchase, you can often launch your shop with monthly instalments from approx. €500 to €2,000. We advise you personally and put together an individual quote – tailored to your budget and your goals.

Delivery usually takes just a few business days after your order is received. We always do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible and then ship it to your chosen location. In the event of delays or other circumstances, you will be contacted and informed immediately in advance

Of course – once the purchase is complete, the machine becomes your property. We do not take any share whatsoever in your sales or income.

Once your order is received, the product is properly packed and secured. This prevents any kind of damage in transit. The machine is then handed over to an external freight carrier. You receive a tracking number and the carrier contacts you in good time before arrival. As a rule, the carrier delivers within 2-4 business days of handover.

Our website accepts all common payment methods. Payment processing is secure and straightforward. SEPA bank transfer is also possible. You can also lease or finance our machines.

Under German law, every private buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal and can use the contact form to withdraw at any time. This clause does not apply to commercial purchases and use. The buyer bears the costs of return shipping and of appropriate packaging.

Boxfreund delivers machines nationwide throughout Germany – whether to big cities, rural areas or islands. It makes no difference whether you need a single machine for your business or want to set up a complete 24/7 vending shop – we deliver reliably, quickly and safely to your chosen location.

Deliveries to other European countries are also possible – e.g. to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Greece. Especially for franchise projects or international partnerships, we offer individual transport solutions, including customs clearance if required.

In most cases you don't need a special operator permit to set up a vending or amusement machine. However, it depends on the machine type and the location:

- Vending machines (e.g. snacks, drinks, pizza, flowers):

➤ No permit required as long as the machine stands on private property – e.g. in front of your shop, indoors or on your premises.

– Amusement machines such as our boxing machines or claw machines with a consolation prize:

➤ For these machines you need no proof of installation and no licence under the German Gaming Ordinance (Spielverordnung), as they do not constitute gambling in the legal sense.

- Some amusement machines with a gaming character or special technical features:

➤ In individual cases a permit may be required – for example if a coin-operated machine pays out winnings or stands in a public place.

Setting up machines in public places usually requires a special use permit from the responsible city or municipality.

Bottom line: Under German law, for most of our machines – especially vending machines and claw machines with a guaranteed consolation prize – you need no official permit. For certain locations or special machines, we advise you individually and help you with the application on request.

Boxfreund machines are mainly used indoors. Of course, outdoor use is also possible. Depending on the model, we recommend using a protective cover. If you have any further questions about this, feel free to contact our support team.

Using the machines is relatively simple. They can be plugged into any standard power socket without any problems. Then you can start punching right away. After your order is received, you'll still get an operating manual so you can adjust details such as music volume, difficulty level, high-score reset or number of punches.

Under German law, you only need a registered business (Gewerbe) for commercial use and if you want to generate income with the machines. No business registration is needed for private purposes, public institutions or youth centres.

Of course you can finance all machines at Boxfreund. For smaller amounts, all you need is a registered business. For larger sums, we need some information about your business

A 24/7 vending shop runs entirely without staff, as all products are sold through machines. Customers come in, choose their product at the machine, pay by card or smartphone and leave the shop again – no checkout or staff needed. Modern access systems with door codes, cameras and automatic lighting ensure security. We supply the complete system – fully set up.

Mon–Fri from 9 am to 6 pm you can reach us personally by phone. Around the clock you can message us on WhatsApp – and the vending assistant on this page answers the most common questions instantly. If a problem can't be solved remotely, a technician will come out to you.

Your machines come with a 12-month technical warranty. As a rule, they run reliably and without problems. Should a fault ever occur, you get immediate support and, depending on the case, free spare parts. Even after the warranty has expired, we're still there for you and happy to help with any questions or concerns.

We generally provide some spare parts free of charge. If spare parts are needed in future due to natural wear and tear or other issues, they can be ordered at any time from our online shop. As Boxfreund, we're able to supply every spare part. We're your point of contact for everything.
