You pay a fixed monthly amount over a defined period. At the end of the term, you decide:
- Return the machine
- Extend the contract
- Or take over the machine at the agreed residual value
- Balance sheet & depreciation
- Under German tax law, the machine is generally not recorded on your balance sheet. The instalments count in full as operating expenses.
- VAT
- Is charged in portions with each monthly instalment.

You pay monthly instalments and automatically become the owner at the end of the term – with no final payment.

- Business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) or commercial register extract
- Crefo number to hand if you are registered with Creditreform
- Credit check via finyo – directly in the finyo window
- Usually no down payment with a good credit rating
- On request: current management accounts (BWA) or latest annual financial statements
- Term of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months
- Response usually within 1–2 business days
