Our machines

How does a purchase work?

1. Your machine is set up and tested We set the spirals or lockers to your product range, set up the payment system and cooling and run the machine in a test cycle. Then it is shipped with protective film.
2. Manual and videos are sent You receive the operating manual and video tutorials digitally – even before the machine arrives.
3. The freight carrier gets in touch You receive the tracking number; the carrier calls before delivery to arrange the date.
4. Set up, fill, get started Plug it in, stock the spirals or lockers, set the prices on the display – done. If you have questions, WhatsApp puts you in touch with a real person within minutes.
5. Access to the operator network You join the exchange with over 3,000 operators – locations, product range, what sells where.
6. We stay with you Spare parts from stock, reorders, a second location: even years later you have the same contacts.
